By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The App offers premium subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, and annual) through Apple In-App Purchase. The pricing and details of each plan are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one trial per Apple ID.
Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following the date of the price change.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not directly process refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in illegal activities while using our Service.
The App, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and audio clips), is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be subject to interruptions, delays, or errors due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
